Lunch at the Hall Club

….was formed in May 2010 as an organisation that aimed to offer a sociable relaxed 3 course lunch in good company.
We meet on the last Thursday of the month from 11.30am to 2.30pm at Taynton and Tibberton Village Hall and welcome older residents of Taynton and Tibberton and the surrounding neighbourhood.
There are 35 registered members with male diners making up a good proportion of our monthly lunch.
The cost of a lunch is £7.50 and includes  pre-lunch coffee and biscuits.

If you are interested in discovering a bit more about Lunch at the Hall or to book a lunch please give one of us a ring and come along and see what we have to offer.

Women’s Institute

The Gloucester Federation of Women’s Institutes was founded in 1919. Tibberton WI was formed in 1925 and became Tibberton & Taynton WI around the 1930s. We will be celebrating 100 years in 2025!

At present we have 44 members and meet on the 3rd Wednesday of every month in Taynton & Tibberton Village Hall. Our meetings are welcoming and fun, usually with a guest speaker followed by a short meeting and refreshments.

Joining the WI offers many opportunities for women to further their interests with courses, trips, and events, both within our group and the wider Gloucestershire Federation. We also take part in a variety of events in and around our villages. You can get involved as much or a little as you like and take advantage of the wonderful opportunity to forge new and lasting friendships.

If you would like to find out more about Tibberton and Taynton WI, become a member, or come along to one of our monthly meetings to discover more about what we do, you are most welcome and can contact us on:
